I love my dentist Dr. McKay!!! And the hygienists I've seen, Sara and Dani, are amazing too! They're friendly, careful, and are super thorough. Great vibes. I'm hooked. Highly recommend!

Poor communication. Poor customer service. Never had opportunity to have any work completed. First time patient 2025. They have an assembly line of hygienists. After taking $600+ in x-rays, they stated that the earliest they could schedule me to actually clean my teeth was 6 months out. Their solution was to refer me to a periodontist in the adjacent office. I left feeling like they were too busy for a new patient. 1 year later after zero communication, they auto-scheduled another late afternoon appointment. This time the hygienist told me that she could only complete 1/4 of the cleaning procedure as it was too late in the day. I asked for a basic cleaning instead of the more expensive deep cleaning, and was refused because the dentist said I needed a deep cleaning and they do what's best for the patient. No regard for patient input. It's their way or the highway. Expressing my frustration, I told the hygienist that I had spent $600 on x-rays from previous visit and still had no work completed. I told the hygienist that I was leaving due to poor communication and poor customer service. A Dentist intervened and stated: "Fine, go ahead, leave." I was a bit taken aback by this abra

Amazing dentist! I have TMJ and cannot open my mouth very wide, however Dr Nicole is always patient, gentle, and accommodating. She takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable and provides excellent care every visit. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist and group!

First time at Aadland and the experience couldn’t have been better. First, they worked their booked schedule to accommodate me almost six months early.They called me in within 2 minutes of my check in. Dani, the hygienist, was friendly and professional. Thorough and got me through a cleaning and x-rays comfortably and quickly. Dr. Ostenson was great too. Friendly staff and easy to work with. Can’t recommend them enough.,

Absolutely the most informative, relaxed appointment I have ever had . Took time to explain what they found , what they recommend be done in a way I could understand. Very kind non judgmental. No pressure. They genuinely care about dentistry and you as a person.
